Lakefalls Medical First Shift Guide

Claim a room → Claim a patient → Begin Consultation → Complete checks → Finish your first shift.

Quick Start

Follow this opening tutorial to complete your first hospital task loop from start to finish. These steps are based on third-party walkthrough screenshots of the Sep. 10, 2026 build and may shift with updates — always confirm the current in-game prompt before pressing.

  1. Find an unclaimed room and claim it at the workstation.
  2. Go to the waiting area and claim a waiting patient.
  3. Bring the patient back to your room.
  4. Begin Consultation and work through the required questions.
  5. Run the blood pressure check and any other examinations the objective asks for.
  6. Finish the objective and check your reward or next task.

Evidence note: the steps above are reconstructed from third-party walkthrough screenshots, not from official patch notes. They are not independently verified. The exact flow and labels can change between updates.

Claim a Room

Before you can see patients, you need a room of your own.

  • Walk through the hospital and find a consulting room that is not yet claimed by another player.
  • Approach the workstation or computer inside the room.
  • Wait for the Claim Room prompt to appear and press E to interact.
  • You should see a confirmation that the room has been successfully claimed.

Take Your First Patient

Once you have a room, the next step is to pick up a patient from the waiting area.

  • Go to the waiting area near the lobby or spawn.
  • Look for a patient with a Claim Patient prompt.
  • Press E to claim the patient — they should start following you.
  • Walk back to your consulting room and the patient will follow you in.

If the patient does not follow, step back and try claiming again. Another player or object may be blocking the interaction.

Start Consultation

With the patient in your room, you can open the consultation and work through the questions.

  • Approach the patient or the consultation workstation in your room.
  • Wait for the Begin Consultation prompt and press E.
  • Read each dialogue line or question. Press Enter to advance one line, or hold Enter to fast-forward.
  • Complete all the required questions the objective asks for before moving on to examinations.

Take it slow on your first shift — read the patient notes and objectives so you know what checks you are expected to run.

Blood Pressure Check

The blood pressure mini-game is one of the first examinations you will run during a consultation.

  • Start the blood pressure examination when the objective asks for it.
  • Pump the cuff until the meter reaches the green zone.
  • Release and watch for the bouncing needle or indicator.
  • Tap at the right moments when the indicator lands in the target area.
  • After the reading, press Backspace to remove the cuff.

If you miss the first tap, keep watching — most mini-games give you a second chance. If you get stuck, exit the mini-game and start it again from the consultation menu.

Common First-Shift Mistakes

  • Forgetting to claim a room first. You cannot take a patient into a room you have not claimed.
  • Walking too fast for the patient. Slow down when leading a patient so they can keep up.
  • Skipping the consultation questions. Most objectives require you to complete the dialogue before examinations unlock.
  • Spamming the interaction key. Wait for the on-screen prompt before pressing E.
  • Leaving the cuff on. Remember to press Backspace after the blood pressure check so you can move on.

How To Read Changing Details

Use this walkthrough as a starting point, then confirm exact labels inside Roblox. If an update changes a prompt, location, reward, or role name, the current in-game screen should win over older community footage. This guide gives you the general route, the type of prompt to look for, and the next action to try.

For controls and movement questions, test in a quiet area first, rotate the camera, approach an interactable object, and wait for the prompt before pressing anything. For role, map, progression, or codes questions, use the same habit: observe the current prompt, finish one step, then return to this guide if the next step is unclear.

Keep a simple note of what worked on your device: movement method, camera habit, interact prompt, and menu path. Roblox settings, touch controls, and keyboard layouts can vary, so your own confirmed input pattern is more reliable than copying a single old comment.
