What To Do First
Use the Roblox client controls and the on-screen interaction prompts shown by the experience. Device-specific bindings can change with your client settings. The controls below are based on third-party walkthrough screenshots of the Sep. 10, 2026 build and are not independently verified.
- Start from the page task instead of unrelated medical search results.
- Use current Roblox screen prompts for exact buttons, rooms, rewards, and role labels.
- If a game update changes a detail, trust the in-game prompt before older footage.
Verified PC Controls
These controls were observed in third-party walkthrough screenshots of the Sep. 10, 2026 build. They are likely to match the current PC experience, but always confirm with the on-screen prompt before pressing.
- E — interact, claim room, claim patient, begin consultation
- Enter — advance dialogue line; hold Enter to fast-forward dialogue
- Backspace — remove the blood pressure cuff after a reading

First-Shift Controls
Here are the controls you will use most during a typical first shift, in the order you are likely to need them.
- Claim Room: walk to an unclaimed room, approach the workstation, wait for the prompt, then press E.
- Claim Patient: go to the waiting area, approach a waiting patient, wait for the prompt, then press E.
- Begin Consultation: with the patient in your room, approach the patient or workstation and press E when the prompt appears.
- Advance dialogue: press Enter to move through consultation questions one at a time, or hold to speed through.
Blood Pressure Mini-Game Controls
The blood pressure examination uses a separate mini-game with its own inputs.
- Pump the cuff to raise the pressure into the green zone.
- Release at the right moment and watch for the bouncing indicator.
- Tap when the indicator lands in the target area.
- After the reading is complete, press Backspace to remove the cuff.

Mobile And Controller
Mobile and controller bindings have not been verified from current sources. On Roblox, mobile players usually use on-screen touch controls for movement and interaction, and controller schemes depend on your platform and settings.
If you are playing on mobile or with a controller, start by checking the on-screen prompts first, then test each interaction in a quiet area before starting a busy shift.
Not verified. Mobile and controller controls are not documented from reliable sources yet.
How To Read Changing Details
Use this page as a starting point, then confirm exact labels inside Roblox. If an update changes a prompt, control, or mini-game mechanic, the current in-game screen should win over older community footage.
For controls and movement questions, test in a quiet area first, rotate the camera, approach an interactable object, and wait for the prompt before pressing anything.
When a prompt does not respond, step back, center the camera, approach again, and check whether another player or object is blocking the interaction. If the problem is still present, switch from guessing keys to identifying the screen state: movement issue, interaction issue, role issue, route issue, or update issue.
Keep a simple note of what worked on your device: movement method, camera habit, interact prompt, and menu path. Roblox settings, touch controls, and keyboard layouts can vary, so your own confirmed input pattern is more reliable than copying a single old comment.
