Quick Start
Follow these five steps to get through your first hospital task. For the full step-by-step walkthrough including the blood pressure mini-game, open the first shift guide.
- Join Lakefalls Medical: GP Simulator on Roblox.
- Find an unclaimed consulting room and claim it at the workstation.
- Go to the waiting area and claim a waiting patient.
- Bring the patient back to your room and begin the consultation.
- Complete the required checks and finish your first shift.
These steps are based on third-party walkthrough screenshots of the Sep. 10, 2026 build. They are not independently verified and may change between updates.
What Role To Pick First
If you are new to the game, start with a role that lets you complete one visible task loop. Clinical roles like GP or Nurse will give you the most practice with the core patient workflow, but any role is a good starting point.
For a full list of confirmed roles and what we know about each one, see the roles guide. Role-specific duties and unlock requirements have not been independently verified, so pick one that looks interesting and try it out.
Next Steps
Once you have completed your first task, you can explore more of the game. Here are the guides most useful to new players:
- Controls — verified PC controls and interaction keys for your first shift.
- First Shift — full walkthrough from claim room to blood pressure check.
- Roles — the five confirmed roles and what we know about each one.
How To Read Changing Details
Use this guide as a starting point, then confirm exact labels inside Roblox. If an update changes a prompt, location, or role name, the current in-game screen should win over older community footage.
Start with one role and one task before exploring more. That keeps your first session focused and gives you a clear goal. Once you finish your first shift, you will have a much better sense of what you want to try next.
Keep a simple note of what worked on your device: movement method, interact prompt, and your first route from lobby to consulting room. Roblox settings and keyboard layouts can vary, so your own confirmed pattern is more reliable than copying a single old comment.
Important Boundary
These pages cover the Roblox gameplay topic only. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, booking information, or claims about real-world medical offices.
